Patron can half the gem box's karma to obtain lesser Stellar gem faster, however on PC platform, it is expensive for F2P now. Speedfarming is the only option to get faster.. You would need to grind gem box in future to obtain more Stellar/Radiant gems in order for "dust making" or "Level 15 gem inspection".Ability to reroll a gem =/= ability to skip gem farming.
Overall this Enpowered gem seems decent but needs some seriously high health stats to really shine from it's another way of getting more damage from your tanks. I am curious to see if you could stack 3 of the same empowered gem effect but that would probably not be as good due to the gem only having a chance of activation.Trove gem dust guide.
